LAUSD Procedures

1. Dates, times and locations must be cleared with school filming liaison.
2. Submit LAUSD application and insurance.
3. Start a FilmL.A., Inc. permit and call the fire department as soon as possible for a walk through or spot check.  Requests for base camp and parking only also require a walk through or spot check.

4. Once school approvals, payment and insurance have been received, a production company representative authorized to sign location agreements must be available by fax, email or in person to sign the 13 page license agreement. A sample license agreement is available below.
