Welcome to FilmL.A.'s Interactive 30-Mile Zone Map. This helpful tool provides you with a quick and accurate way to determine whether or not a proposed filming location resides within the Los Angeles 30-Mile Zone. This map appears courtesy of Warner Bros., which generously sponsored its development.

MAP USE INSTRUCTIONS

Either use your mouse to click anywhere on the map to select a location, enter the address of the location, or enter the longitude/latitude (for those of you with GPS devices). The zoom bar on the left hand side of the screen allows you to zoom in and out, and the satellite and hybrid buttons at upper right allow you to better zero in on the location you would like to select. If the location you choose is within the Zone, you will see a message at the bottom of the map confirming this. If the location is outside the Zone, then the message will confirm this, and calculate how far (in miles) the location is from the edge of the Zone.

FilmL.A. can help you secure a permit to film at a great number of locations within the Zone.
